We will be at the 2009 Blue & Gray Reenactment of Moorpark this weekend and will enjoy seeing many friends in the California Civil War community. This is the largest Civil War event west of the Mississippi and just seems to get bigger and better each year. The theme of this year’s battles and encampment is “Grant Takes Command” and will feature the Overland Campaign of 1864.
